KEY PERSONNEL

Mr. Neupane completed his Master in Water Resources Engineering from the Institute of Engineering, Pulchowk campus in 2018. He did his BE in civil engineering from Kathmandu Engineering College (KEC) in 2013. He has more than 10 years of experience in the field of civil engineering. He has good experience in hydrological analysis and hydraulic design. He is very good at proposal writing, estimation, report preparation, and other civil engineering works. He has a very good knowledge of EOI, proposal, and bidding process. Since, 2017 he has carried out feasibility studies of various projects like hydropower projects, and water resources engineering projects. He had also been involved in river training projects, water supply projects, irrigation projects and many more. He bears good knowledge on AutoCAD, Arc GIS, HEC-RAS, Microsoft office (word, excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Google Earth, etc.

Mr. Pandey did his Master's in Geo-technical Engineering in 2022 from the Institute of Engineering, Pulchowk Campus, and Bachelor in Civil Engineering in 2013 from Kathmandu Engineering College. He has worked with/working in various esteemed organizations including ECEP, Integrated Infrastructure Engineering Consultancy, and Cairo Construction with different level of responsibilities. Besides, he has more than 10 years of experience in the field of civil engineering. He had also been involved in foundation design works, analysis works, water supply projects, institutional building projects and many more. He bears good knowledge on AutoCAD, ETabs, SAFE, GIS, spreadsheet based CBWSS software, SmartRoad, etc. Moreover, his expertise lies in designing and overseeing structures with a strong focus on geotechnical investigations.

Netra KC, currently serving as a Project Development Officer at our company, brings a wealth of experience and expertise to his role. With a Bachelor's Degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Acme Engineering Campus, completed in 2008, Mr. KC has built a solid foundation in engineering and technology. Prior to joining our team, he played a pivotal role in Company Red Sea Housing Services Dubai, where he honed his skills in project management and development. His career has been marked by his strategic thinking and ability to drive project success from inception to completion. Here at EMCA, he continues to leverage his extensive background, ensuring the seamless development and execution of projects, and contributing significantly to the company's growth and success.

Mr. Bajracharya has over 4 years of experience in architectural design, interior design, 3D visualizations, construction details, and residence, commercial, institutional, and hospitality building supervision. He has also worked on interior design projects of reputed offices like OMCN, and NIBL Bank. At EMCA, he has been involved in various projects, including hospitals, administrative buildings, and interior design, on a project basis. He effectively oversees intern architects and efficiently reviews planning and design works, ensuring high-quality project execution.

As an office assistant in the company, Mr. Chhetri handles external tasks such as submitting EOIs, proposals, and reports, and assists in preparing standing lists and proposals. He also supports other staff with report preparation, printing, binding, and various assigned tasks. With his BCA education and over four years of administrative experience, Mr. Chhetri ensures smooth administrative operations, manages office supplies, coordinates meetings, and maintains records, contributing significantly to the office's productivity and organization.
